Levels of Care

Outpatient Treatment Programs in Seattle

Mountain View Health offers partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, outpatient, and virtual intensive outpatient programs. Compare the hours and days of each to see which fits your week.

The Short Answer

Which Level of Care Do I Need?

Mountain View Health offers four outpatient levels of care, from partial hospitalization at 25 to 30 hours a week down to outpatient at 1 to 3 hours. A clinical assessment places you, and your plan moves up or down as your needs change. We do not offer detox, inpatient, or residential care.

PHP
25 to 30 hours, 5 to 6 days a week
IOP
9 to 12 hours, 3 to 5 days a week
Virtual IOP
9 to 12 hours, 3 to 5 days, by video
OP
1 to 3 hours, 1 to 3 days a week

Step up or step down between levels without starting over. If you need medical detox first, that care comes elsewhere because Mountain View Health does not provide it.
